The cuvée Tradition is the house reference of Vincent Léglantier. Made with 35% of Pinot Noir 40% of Pinot Meunier and 25 of Chardonnay, it reveals a pale yellow colour which evoks yellow fruits.
The effervescent is fine, regular .
To the fresh and vivid nose, minerality and floral hints can be spotted combined with exotic fruits. A real blend of finess, elegance and power, citrus fruits notes, lemon, kumquat, and orange will be enjoyed for an aperitive or on table.
Composed with 45% of Pinot noir 30%, de Pinot Meunier and 25% de Chardonnay.
A light, fine and jolly fizz, gives to the palate a delicate expression. To the nose, gingerbread, honey, and custard notes can be spotted and reveal a greedy Champagne with caramel cream hints. Wit hits higher dosage, it is the perfect match to your sweet dessert.
Blanc de Blancs
The Blanc de Blancs is limpid and very pure. Exclusively composed of Chardonnay, it reveals fresh citurs notes, brioche, toasted bread and butter. The nose is fine and will gain in aromatic complexity with air contact. Its great freshness will match your gastronomic meals.
Composed of 60% of Pinot Noir, 30% of Pinot meunier and 10% of Chardonnay, it has a ample velvety and harmonious attack to the palate. Fresh small red fruit flavours enhenced by the mellow effervescence will explod in your mouth. This blend will beautifully pair a red fruit dessert for example.
Our Millésime 2008 is made with 33% Pinot Noir, 33 pinot meunier and ?????? Chardonnay.
Pure and elegant, this wine is ample and rich. It balances between feminity brought by the Chardonnay, and strenght brought by the Pinot Noir, but for the moment privilegies the freshness and roundness, brought by the Pinot Meunier.
To the mouth, the balance is perfect. Soft and complex with bouquet and a soft fizz, all is combined to give a very pleasant wine, with exquisive and generous savour such as almond paste, butter, chestnuts, grilled almond, pear sirup are mixed.
